2026 Girls Fall League Registration

Monday, August 10, 2026 - Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Practices start the week of August 10th; Play begins on August 22nd

Capital City Juniors (CCJ) is offerring one indoor leagues for girls. This year’s fall league is for girls ages 8-12. The league will focus on teaching the basic fundamentals of volleyball and applying them to a competitive environment during league play. The most important portion of the Fall League is the practice time with the CCJ coaches. Teams will be made up of 10-12 girls, with a cap at 12 girls MAX!

Each team will practice at CCJ two times before the first league playdate. After the first playdate, teams will have one-hour practices once a week. Practices are held on weeknights from either 5:30 to 6:30pm or 6:45pm to 7:45pm; practice times will be scheduled depending on court availability.

This season will be 8 weeks!!!
1st Practices: August 10th
1st Playdate: August 22nd
Last Practices: September 28th
Last Playdate: October 3rd
