November-December Session: November 2nd, 2026-December 16th, 2026 (Off the week of Thanksgiving)

January-February Session: January 11th, 2027-February 17th, 2027

April-May Session: April 12th, 2027-May 19th, 2027

Practices
Monday and Wednesday @5:30pm-7:00pm (Days may change due to coach availability)

If you participate in more than one session the following Grassroots sessions for the 2026-2027 sessions will be 10% off!
Please make sure to reach out to director@capitalcityjuniors.com so we can apply the discount for mulitple sessions!
