Capital City Juniors (CCJ) offers two indoor leagues for girls aged 6-9 and 10-12 at the Capital City Sportsplex (CCSP). Each league will focus on teaching the basic fundamentals of volleyball and applying them to a competitive environment during league play.
PracticesEach team will practice at the CCSP three times before the first league playdate. After the first playdate, teams will have one-hour practices once a week. Practices are held on weeknights between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM and will be scheduled depending on court availability. Practices will begin on Monday, August 28th.
PlaydatesAll games are played on Saturday mornings. Scheduled playdates are: September 16, September 23, September 30, October 7, October 14, with the post season tournament on October 21.
CoachesA Volunteer Parent coach is required for each team. CCJ will provide experienced coaches to assist with running weekly practices. Parents can request to coach their own daughter's team, but can not request their coach otherwise.
Age/Team DeterminationPlayers will be assigned to teams based on the child’s age as of August 31, 2017.
CostEarly Registration: $200; Late Registration (After 8/21): $250. Payments can be made online or by check to CCJ(please include the registrant's name in the memo). You may mail your payment to the following address:

Registration InformationEarly registration: Register and pay before Monday, August 21, $200. If you do not pay before August 21st, the fee increases to $250. Teams will be assigned by Thursday, August 24.
