CCJ Grassroots Program

Includes:

-6 Weeks of Training
-2 Practices A Week

The Grassroots Program is for beginner to intermediate players. It will run for 6 weeks which will include players in age groups under 11-16. Players will be split by age groups. The 15 and 16 aged players will be combined as well as the under 11s and 12s age groups.
Practice sessions will be 1.5 hours each session.
Every player will go through a 50-minute master coaching session of all volleyball skills with kids of their own age and skill level.
CCJ will then divide the players up to scrimmage and play the last 40 minutes of each session.
